Nigerian lady set to marry her primary school crush

The history of this love affair can be traced back to primary school. Can it actually be more romantic than that?

A Nigerian lady, Lara Akinyemi shared a love story on Facebook  of how she and her classmate from Primary school reunited, began a relationship and are now set to get married soon.

"I don't really know how to write these types of stories,” Lara wrote, before “struggling” through the narration of how she and Niyi Okubanjo, her Fiancee, both attended Grait Children School, Otta in 1997.
They apparently lost contact and somehow managed to reunite in 2009, through Facebook.
From then till now, the love they found blossomed beautifully and is now taking them both to the altar soon.
In the Facebook post, Lara says:
"I don't really know how to write these types of stories, I will just struggle. Our love story started on Facebook!!  Believe it or not.
“In the afternoon of September  2009, I was in med school then, got a message from an old primary school mate (couldn't even remember him).  I had 2 confirm from my class pics.
“I almost never reply FB [messages] especially from strangers; don't even read them most times.
“We started talking, apparently he had been sending messages 2 all the Lara Akinyemi’s without profile pictures on FB because he had just me in mind since he was a pupil (he had eye for something good since childhood and was in love since 1990 something, bad child haha hahaha.)
“The rest is history because the story is still long oo... I'm getting married to my long term boo.  I don't know how to say those romantic things like you’re my cockroach in my cupboard, skeleton in my wardrobe etc #LaraNiyi2016"
Lara did not leave any specific date for the forthcoming wedding; but with this kind of back story, one thing is quite certain: that wedding ceremony is sure to be one amazing occasion.
All the best from us at Pulse Weddings.
